HMD global unveils the new Nokia 106 and Nokia 230

While other phone manufacturers are focused on the big smartphone markets, HMD global decided to bring back two classic phones from Nokia – The Nokia 106 and Nokia 230. Both phones have been refreshed and improved upon while maintaining its simplicity.

Although the Nokia 106 is not a Camera phone, but it features a dual Sim slot, the memory got bumped up therefore creating room for 2000 contacts (up from 500) and 500 text messages.

The battery on the Nokia 106 is 800mAh and promises 15 hours of talk time. It also has a polycarbonate body that makes scratches less noticeable. 

The Nokia 230 didn’t get any noticeable change; instead HMD global introduced two new colors – light Gray and Dark blue.
